Review:  This is a nice addition to your Beachbody library.  I personally would not use this as my go to program, but having 10 minute intervals is a great way to sneak in something, anything while on the road.  So far, I have tried the Abs workout and Lower Body.  Lower Body works my buns a little less than I would have liked but lots of effective squats – in ten minutes I certainly felt the burn plenty of times.  The Abs workout was great.  I was sweating by the end of it and the moves were new and fresh.  There is a deluxe version available as well which includes 3 new workouts (Total Body 2, Core Cardio, and Upper Body) as well as 2 additional bands.  I don’t think it is worth it at all to buy this version.  I would recommend buying the regular version (link is below).  If you end up really utilizing these workouts and need some new workouts to keep things interesting, you can always upgrade with no price penalty.  Also to note, the deluxe upgrade has 6 additional workouts on top of the three new ones offered in the deluxe package. 

Overall, I recommeded this program- more so for the beginner who is not sure they have the time and the commitment level or for the frequent traveller that needs something that travels easy and will give you 10 minutes of quality training.
